This very special dinner for race participants is also available to our customers!
The Winemaker’s Dinner begins with an introduction from a vineyard representative. Before each course is presented, the vineyard representative will provide insight into the dish’s preparation and the wine selection. Many of the ingredients come from local farms, small manufacturers, and other local businesses.
 
Seating will start at 6:00pm, and dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Advanced sign-up is required. Early reservations are suggested as seating is very limited.
 
Menu:
Amuse Bouche
Tiny phyla cup with melted brie cheese, topped with maple-bacon jam-paired with Annie’s Mapleshine
 
Heirloom Tomato & Chorizo Salad
Tantre Farm heirloom tomatoes, chorizo sausage, chickpeas, and fresh herbs-paired with Sassy Rose’ or Staccato (pre-release!)
 
Squash Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter
Locally made fresh butternut squash ravioli with a fresh sage brown butter sauce, served with a warm Zingerman’s Bakehouse ciabatta bread-paired with Pinto Grigio or Vidal Blanc
 
Blackberry Cobbler
A warm cobbler made with our own blackberries, topped with Calder Dairy and Farm vanilla ice cream, & drizzled with butterscotch-bourbon sauce-paired with Veranda
 
The dinner will conclude with a cellar tour with our wine maker, Holly.
$59 per person includes tax & gratuity.
