Chanson - Pronounced “shan-SOHN”, this wine reflects its name: a beautiful French song. Crisp and buttery, yet bone-dry, Chanson is oak-kissed with a faint hint of green mango.  $13.95 (750 ml)

2011 Proprietor’s Reserve Traminette - A dry, estate-grown Traminette, barrel-fermented and left on the lees for 5 months. This special wine was aged for 10 months in gently toasted oak barrels that are designed to enhance the aromatic delicacy of white wines and preserve their freshness. The flavors of lime, vanilla, hazelnut, and kiwi are well-balanced with the toastiness of the oak. Limited release.  $24.95 (750 ml)

2011 Vintner’s Select Riesling - This dry Riesling features features peach and pineapple on the nose, with green apple, pear, and kiwi flavors, a bright, clean acidity, and light minerality on the nose.  $17.95 (750 ml) – LOW STOCK

2011 Vignoles - Clean, soft flavors of peach and apricot orchard fruits and a touch of lime give this dry white an illusion of sweetness. $13.95 (750 ml)

2011 Sur Lie Chardonnay - Fermented in French oak barrels “on the lees” (yeast particles, etc. that fall to the bottom of the barrel) for more complexity, this creamy, buttery Chardonnay has a lovely full-mouth feel. Will cellar well.  $21.95 (750 ml)

Sassy Rosé - An off-dry Cabernet Franc rosé with tart cherry and strawberry on the nose and through the finish. Clean and refreshing – perfect for summer!  $16.95 (750 ml)

2008 Cabernet Franc - Strawberry, red currant, and juniper on the nose. As this soft, food-friendly, easy to drink wine warms, the aromas open up and you start to get a cooling menthol flavor. Black pepper, spice, and nice tannins on the finish.  $15.95 (750 ml) – LOW STOCK

Moulin Rouge - Very much like the Moulin Rouge itself – lush but light, fun, entertaining, and romantic. Reminiscent of an Italian table wine with caramel on the nose, Moulin Rouge is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Chancellor.  $13.95 (750 ml)

2010 Proprietor’s Reserve Chancellor - A limited edition unfiltered wine made with estate-grown Chancellor grapes. This rich, velvety red has ripe juicy plum on the nose with generous hints of chocolate, minerality, and nuttiness. Will cellar well.  $24.95 (750 ml)

Abrazo - Spanish for hug, Abrazo is a soft, off-dry red wine blend with a velvety full mouth feel and ripe berry jam flavors. It’s great for just sipping, and goes well with hearty dishes, creamy cheeses, and dark chocolate. Abrazo was developed in honor of the Cascades Humane Society who rescued Rusty (pictured on the label) from the County animal pound on his last day. Rusty, one of the world’s great huggers, now lives with Holly, our winemaker. Your purchase of Abrazo will help benefit the Cascades Humane Society.  $15.95 (750 ml)

2011 Legacy - An off-dry blend of Chardonnay and Vignoles, this crisp and fruity wine has peach and tangerine on the nose and a soft, dry finish with hints of apricot. $4 from the sale of each bottle is donated to the Legacy Land Conservancy, a 37-year-old accredited land trust protecting local nature and farmland, including many acres in the nearby Waterloo Recreation Area.  $19.95 (750 ml) – LOW STOCK

840 - Aged in special port-specific American and French oak barrels, this luscious port-style wine exhibits a nose of vanilla, caramel, and burnt sugar. Sweet EllieEllie, our official vineyard dog, supervised the growing of this lovely blend of estate-grown grapes. Primarily Traminette, the light, sweet blend also includes Vidal Blanc, Vignoles, and Chardonel. With honey, white raisin, and a zing of sweet lemon on the nose, this complex and well-balanced wine has notes of apricot, peach, caramel, butterscotch, and creamy white chocolate, with light white pepper on the finish. Blue SkiesSoft, floral mead made with local honey and blueberries. Each bottle includes a $4 donation to the Dahlem Conservancy. 2008 Vidal Blanc Ice Wine - Our winemaker produces this spectacular dessert wine from grapes grown in Southwest Michigan. It’s made in the traditional way – with grapes frozen on the vine and picked (and processed) at night in the dead of winter. It features lovely dried apricot flavors and the clear honeyed sweetness that you can only find in real ice wine. ($5 for a one ounce taste)  $42.50 (375 ml)
