Not particularly interested in green beer this year? Join us as we continue our tradition of a St Patrick’s Day celebration — a three-course Irish dinner plus live music from 5 O’Clock in Dublin.
We’re planning the following menu — each course is paired with a Sandhill Crane Vineyards wine:
Irish Pub Salad
Tender lettuce, crisp veggies, hard-boiled egg, and Irish Cheddar topped with a tarragon-Dijon dressing.
Choice of Legacy or Overture
Irish Soda Bread with Raisins and Caraway
Freshly baked Irish soda bread served warm with butter.
Corned Beef, Cabbage & Potatoes
Traditional Irish fare – slow-cooked corned beef served with cabbage, carrots, and potatoes.
Choice of Merlot or Staccato
Chocolate Guinness Mousse
Dark chocolate and Guinness mousse topped with Guinness whipped cream.
