St. Patrick’s Day Dinner

Not particularly interested in green beer this year? Join us as we continue our tradition of a St Patrick’s Day celebration — a three-course Irish dinner plus live music from 5 O’Clock in Dublin.

We’re planning the following menu — each course is paired with a Sandhill Crane Vineyards wine (or stout for dessert):

Irish Pub Salad
Tender lettuce, crisp veggies, hard-boiled egg, and Irish Cheddar topped with a tarragon-Dijon dressing.
Choice of Vintner’s Select Riesling or Riesling

Irish Soda Bread with Raisins and Caraway
Freshly baked Irish soda bread served warm with butter.

Corned Beef, Cabbage & Potatoes
Traditional Irish fare – slow-cooked corned beef served with cabbage, carrots, and potatoes.
Choice of Syrah or Staccato

Dark Chocolate Stout Cake with Bailey’s Cream Cheese Frosting
Dark chocolate and Guinness mousse topped with Guinness whipped cream.
840 or Sandhill Dry Stout
